2023 Senior Health Expo a Record Breaking Success! Save the date for next year's Expo on Thursday, Oct. 10, 2024!

The 12th annual People Plus Senior Health Expo, in partnership with Spectrum Generations, was held at the Brunswick Recreation Center at Brunswick Landing on Thursday, Oct. 19. Mark your calendars now for next year’s Expo on Thursday, Oct. 10, 2024!

The record breaking gathering drew over 950 participants (over 400 in the first hour!) and over 100 businesses, services and programs for seniors were represented. Over 500 swag bags were distributed, dozens of raffles, takeaways and services took place and over 425 flu and Covid shots were administered!

“We were thrilled with the outcome of this year’s Senior Health Expo! Bringing together so many people in our community to share vital information, provide health services and have fun while getting a flu shot is exactly what the People Plus organization is all about. We are here to serve our seniors in ways that are important and impactful! Thanks to all of our sponsors. We could not have put such an amazing day together without them!” said Stacy Frizzle-Edgerton, People Plus Executive Director.

Maine has the highest percentage of seniors in the nation and the Midcoast region is where this population is growing the fastest. The People Plus Senior Health Expo brought together a variety of resources for this increasingly important segment of our community with fun and engaging displays, tons of information and great swag.

All attendees had a great time, got great material, connected with services, friends, businesses, AND took home amazing swag and memories!! Expo vendors were grateful for the opportunity to present their available services.

Thanks to all the amazing sponsors, exhibitors, volunteers, and the Town of Brunswick and the Parks and Recreation team.
