Brunswick Area Teen Center

The Brunswick Area Teen Center (BATC) provides a central place where young people can meet safely to explore creative outlets, share their talents, participate in intergenerational activities, and develop into well-rounded adults. Located in the People Plus Center at 35 Union Street in Brunswick, the BATC is on the Brunswick School system bus route, as well as the Brunswick Link route.

Established in 2005, the Brunswick Area Teen Center is a downtown drop-in center where youth in grades 6-12 gather to meet friends and have fun after school and during the summer.  There are no geographic requirements as long as youth is in 6-12th grade.

The Teen Center Advisory Committee (TCAC) consists of members of the community who steward the Brunswick Area Teen Center through fundraising, program development, and problem solving.
