Chair Yoga

People Plus is pleased to now offer TWO chances to take Chair Yoga, a wonderful blend of breathing and stretching to improve balance, stability and peace-of-mind. The class offers both poses and helpful techniques to be your most comfortable self.

Instructor is Bea Blakemore. Offered Tuesdays at 2:00 pm and Fridays at 12:45. Open to all levels (Beginner to advanced yoga practitioners). $5 per class for members/$10 non-members. Try any class once for free.
