Sara was appointed to the board in July 2025. She is in her twenty-sixth year at Bowdoin College, twenty-four of which she works in the office of communications and public affairs. Her current position is department coordinator II. In this role, Sara provides administrative support for the office and senior vice president and manages the Association of Bowdoin Friends program. Sara has direct experience in community relations and event planning and support. She lives in Harpswell with her partner Thomas and cat, Carolina.
