EXPO LOGISTICS
2022 People Plus Senior Health Expo, 9 am to 1 pm, Thursday, October 20, 2022, Brunswick Rec. Center, 220 Neptune Dr.
- Rec. Center opens at 7 am for setup.
- Take down at 1 pm.
- Plan to keep your exhibit in place until the end!
- 6-foot tables with white draping
- Please notify us in advance and bring an extension cord if you require electricity.
- Each participant will receive an email with detailed information prior to the event.
Specifications for optional video submission:
- Digital format from cell phone or digital camera (mp4)
- Horizontal/landscape orientation (not portrait)
- Speak loudly and clearly
- Ensure good, bright lighting
- Suggestions for video content include facility tour, staff introductions, program overview
- Note: editing services are not available
