Loosen Up

LOOSEN UP!
Initially designed as a morning stretching program, this class has morphed into a full body workout. A typical session includes resistance training (with weights or Therabands), core strengthening, and exercises intended to improve balance and posture. Movements are modified depending on an individual participant’s needs – so it fits people of all levels of fitness. Exercises are performed standing and seated; there is no floor work in this class.

Class meets at People Plus from 9:00 am to 9:45 am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.  Participation costs $34 a month for 2 sessions a week and $52 for 3 sessions.  Meets in the Hall.
