Give yourself the gift of an hour away from everyday life. No prior drumming experience or sense of rhythm is necessary. Sayon is a gentle\, clear teacher with a wonderful sense of humor\, a deep heart and a lot of respect. He will joyfully guide you. Drumming music in West Africa is part of the culture and includes story\, song and language. We will all help you. DESCRIPTION:Volunteers are needed to help make bouquets for the Growing to Give program. The bouquets will be delivered by direct care workers visiting clients of home assistance programs including Aging Excellence\, Neighbors\, Tedford Shelter\, and Meals on Wheels. Growing to Give is an organic farm in Brunswick that grows vegetables and flowers for donation with the additional objective of teaching and promoting sustainable farming. Clients will complete a release waiver/registration form\, remove shoes and socks\, soak feet in the provided foot bath\, then meet with Terri for a consultation. Services could include toenail filing\, foot moisturizing\, and mini foot massage. Limit of 60 minutes per appointment. Serious toe and foot issues will be referred to a doctor.
