DESCRIPTION:Available 3 days a weeks (Monday\, Wednesday and Friday)\, starting at 9am. A program with stretching\, cardio\, resistance/weight training and fun! Most of the exercises are done while seated in a chair so you can focus on proper form. Movement is intended for toning and keeping fit. There is no on the floor work so abdominal exercises are adapted to the chair. Come join the class and wake up your muscles. Instructor Bea Blakemore on Mondays and Suzanne Neveux on Wednesdays and Fridays.

DESCRIPTION:Volunteers are needed to help make bouquets for the Growing to Give program. The bouquets will be delivered by direct care workers visiting clients of home assistance programs including Aging Excellence\, Neighbors\, Tedford Shelter\, and Meals on Wheels. Growing to Give is an organic farm in Brunswick that grows vegetables and flowers for donation with the additional objective of teaching and promoting sustainable farming.
