Available 3 days a weeks (Monday, Wednesday and Friday), starting at 9am. A program with stretching, cardio, resistance/weight training and fun! Most of the exercises are done while seated in a chair so you can focus on proper form. Movement is intended for toning and keeping fit. There is no on the floor work so abdominal exercises are adapted to the chair. Come join the class and wake up your muscles.
