Disability Rights Maine (DRM) is Maine’s Protection & Advocacy agency for people with disabilities. DRM represents people whose rights have been violated or who have been discriminated against based on their disability. Also, DRM’s programs include Maine Relay, which is a communication service that connects individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing or speech disabled with specialized telecommunications equipment to people who use standard telephones.
